International Arbitration

ARG economists have extensive experience in both commercial arbitration matters as well as investment treaty arbitration. We can assist our clients from the initial stages of a matter through post-hearing actions.   This includes providing an initial valuation of a damages claim, helping to gather and request the needed information from both parties, preparing expert reports, and providing written or oral testimony.  We have worked across a range of industries including mining, financial services, hospitality and gaming, telecom, energy and power, and commodity products.

Our services can assist our clients from the initial stages of a matter through post-hearing actions.   This include providing an initial valuation of a damages claim, helping to gather and request the needed information from both parties, preparing expert reports and providing written or oral testimony.

We understand that a crucial element of providing an expert opinion is providing that opinion in a way that can be understood by the panel.  Clear and succinct communication is a hallmark of our services.

We have experts that speak Spanish and Dutch.
